This policy explains how Guia Gramado handles personal data, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Data you send us
When you fill in a form (contact, advertising or the custom itinerary interest list), we receive the data you provide, such as name, email and message. It is used only to reply to you or to notify you about the product you signed up for. Submissions may be processed by a form service contracted for that purpose.
Data stored in your browser
Some tools store information only on your device (browser local storage), never sent to us: places saved on the map, your planner answers and your language choice. You can delete them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Analytics and advertising
If we enable analytics (such as Google Analytics), aggregated browsing data helps us understand which pages are useful. If we enable ad networks (such as Google AdSense), they may use cookies to show and measure ads, under those companies’ policies. Ads never appear on forms, contact or policy pages.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact page.
